Description

As a kind of nutritional health food that the nation strongly recommends, soy bean and soybean products will increasingly be favored by consumers. With the rapid increase of China’s residents’ income and the continuous transformation and upgrading of the consumption structure, people's consumption patterns are becoming more and more diversified and leisure-oriented, healthy, nutritious and safe snack food has become new favorites in people's daily food consumption. China is the earliest country to grow and eat soybean, traditional bean products like Tofu has been so far handed down for over 2,000 years. It was clearly pointed out in the Outline for Chinese Food and Nutrition Development (2014-2020) that we need to focus on the development of soybean food products.

Tofu is a kind of functional food which is beneficial for improving the health of human being and has a good market development value. The modern scientific research shows that eating Tofu has good effects on improving human health. Specifically, it can improve the structure of body fat, prevent and resist cancer, menopause, osteoporosis, aging and dementia, liver disease, diabetes, arteriosclerosis, colds and flu and improve memory and mental concentration, etc..

The quality of “Shiping Tofu” is very excellent; therefore, it has a rich cultural connotation and good market development prospects. Shiping Tofu has a history of more than 600 years since its advent at the beginning of the Ming Dynasty; with unique production conditions and process, it enjoys popularity in its high quality and good taste and is the protection products of the national geographical indications. Therefore, this project will develop and produce the deep-processing products of Tofu and promote the integration of local Tofu industries so as to build “Shiping Tofu” as the characteristic agricultural brand in Honghe Prefecture as well as in Yunnan province.

Construction scale: integrated service area, production area, warehousing and logistics area, brand management service center, product experience center and other supporting facilities, the total floor area is 115,000 m2.

Supporting Conditions

The advantage of project: 1. Production environment: It has unique underground “acid water”, which enriches the Tofu culture. 2. Product quality: The production process of “Shiping Tofu” is unique, and its brand influence has kept rising. 3. Industrial development: Bean products with provincial key brand continue to emerge; The quality supervision and inspection center for bean products has been located there, the support policies for bean products industry have been pushed forward. 4. Locations and transportation: Honghe Prefecture, which is back against “Yunnan Economic Circle” (north of Kunming, west of Yuxi), faces Guangxi Beibu Gulf and connects the Pearl River Delta and the ASEAN market, direct accessing to the Pacific Ocean. Three dimensional transportation systems of “railway, highway and airport”.

Early preparations: the county party committee and government of Shiping has entrusted Yunnan Provincial Development Planning Institute to draw up a plan for the park, the electricity, water and labor now are sufficient for use. At present, the constructions of all projects in the park are being accelerated, and various infrastructures continue to improve.

Investment estimate: The total investment of this project is RMB 457.10 million, including RMB 220.10 million for construction investment, RMB 72 million for land cost and RMB 80 million for initial working capital.

Market analysis: 1. Consumption trend: The potential consumption market of China's bean products is broad.
