Description

This project is located in the Malong Industrial Park of Qujing which has industrial, traffic, location and policy advantages. The functions of this project is well designed, including container loading and unloading, repairing, washing, transport (transfer), storage, distribution, trade and information services. Its core orientation is: domestically, to be based on the Central Yunnan Urban Economic Circle and Central Yunnan Industry Cluster District, to be geared to the needs of southwestern China and to cover Beibu Gulf Area, Chengdu-Chongqing Area, Pearl River Delta and Yangtze River Delta; on an international level, to be based on Myanmar, Laos and Vietnam bordering on Yunnan Province, to be geared to the needs of the Southeast Asia and to cover the ASEAN-China Free Trade Area and countries along the “21st-century Maritime Silk Road”.

Project orientation: regional container logistics center in Yunnan, Sichuan, Guizhou Provinces and Guangxi Autonomous Region

Construction content: land area of 725 mu and floor area of 382,744 m2; including 8 functional areas such as container storage area, container freight station, auxiliary container operation area, centralized warehouse area, bulk cargo warehouse area, bulk cargo freight station, comprehensive office service area and auxiliary supporting area.

Construction duration: 3 years.

Overview of construction site:

Malong Industrial Park was built in 2000 and listed into the provincial key industrial parks of Yunnan in June 2013. It was built according to the general layout of “One Park and Four Zones”, including Malong Light Industrial Block, Malong Modern Industrial Block, Dongguang Metallurgical Machinery Manufacturing Block and Xiaozhai Circular Economy Block.

Construction land:

Malong County is rich in land resources, and features low hills, gentle slopes and open terrain, and is favorable for building large warehouse and logistics facilities. All the construction land of this project has been approved and transferred by means of auction sale by listing at the evaluated price not lower than the base price of land. The construction site of this project is good and the land is sufficient and equipped with complete infrastructure.

Traffic: Qujing City has a sound transportation network of five expressways and four national highways. In addition, Malong County is equipped with good transportation and logistics infrastructure with Shanghai-Kunming Expressway, Hangzhou-Ruili Expressway (Xuanwei Section), G320 and Guiyang-Kunming Railway passing through.

Location advantage: it is near to Guizhou and Guangxi to the coastal areas in the east, near to Kunming and India and Pakistan in the west, and not far from Vietnam, Laos, Thailand and Cambodia in the south and connects to Sichuan and Chongqing through Zhaotong in the north.

In view of the actual situations of this project, the main risks are for vehicle maintenance and goods storage.
